1 can Rasgulla (appx.20 piece)
1-quater or 1-litter whole milk
1-quater or 1-litter half & half
11/2-cup sugar (less or more up to taste)
1 pinch of saffron
2 tbsp. Sliced pistachios (green)
2tbsp. Sliced almond
1tsp.powderd cardamom
1cup milk and1 cup water to soak rasgulla
1.Remove the rasgulla from sugar syrup and press and remove extra syrup from rasgulla.

2.Mix 1cup milk and water and soak rasgulla for hour.

3.In a heavy bottom saucepan add milk and half &half and boil on medium heat for a 20 to 30minute.

4.Now add sugar and boil for a 5 to 10 more minutes.

5.Let milk and sugar mixture cool down. remove rasgulla from milk and water mixture and pass and remove all milk mixture form rasgulla.

7.Add rasgulla to milk and sugar mixture and add the saffron, cardamom, pistachios and almond.

8.Now put in to freeze and serve cold.
