1 cup moongal dal
1/2 cup of jaggery
4 cup of milk
1 tbsp ghee
1 tbsp raisin
1 tbsp cashewnuts
11/2 cup of water.
1. Heat ghee in a pressure cooker and fry cashews and raisins and put aside.

2. Add remaining ghee to the pressure cooker and fry it with moong dal until brown.

3. Add 4 cups of raw milk and 1 cup of water to the dal, cover it and wait for 5 whistles.

4. Meanwhile add 1/2 of water in a pan and to that add 1/2 cup of jaggery and let it boil for a minute and stain it .

5. Open the cooker and to that add this jaggery water. Add roasted cashewnuts and raisins and mix well.
