Ingredients:
1 cup fresh grated coconut
3/4 to 1 cup sugar
2 tsp ghee
Cardamom powder

Instructions:
1. Fry grated coconut in a tablespoon ghee for 2 minutes
2. Add 1 cup sugar to the coconut and stir well on medium heat.
3. Cook until all the water is evaporated and the whole mixture becomes thick.
4. Add cardamom powder and add 1 tsp all purpose flour, stir well and simmer for a minute.
5. Grease a pan with ghee, and pour the coconut mixture, allow it to cool until the mixture becomes semi-solid.
6. Cut it into diamond or square shaped pieces.
