1. Beat eggs and mix with essence, milk, sugar and salt.

2. Heat 1/2 tbsp ghee in a pan and dip the bread slice into the egg mixture and fry till it turns to golden brown both the sides.

Repeat all the slices same way.

Serve hot and crisp.

You can add raisins, dry and shredded coconut on top.(optional)
