1 cup Jaggery
1/4 cup All purpose flour
2 tbsp ghee
1 tbsp Cashews(fry little bit in Ghee for good taste)
Food color
1. Mix the flour in 1/2 cup of water and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
2. Now squeeze the milk from step1.
3. Put jaggery in a sautepan and add required water and cook untill the it becomes thick(not too thick).
4. Now add the squeezed milk and cook it by stirring continously.
5. When th mixture becomes thick add ghee and cashews and cook it for 30 minutes , stirring continously.
6. Now add some food color and remove from heat.
