10 small tindora's
3-4 tsp chickpea flour(Besan)
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
Oil for frying

1. Pressure cook tindora's in cooker .
2. Slit the tindora's lengthwise and fry until golden brown.
3. Mix besan, salt, chilli powder and cumin seeds.
4. Stuff the prepared besan mixture , into the fried tindora's.
5. Fry the stuffed tindora's for 10 mintues in 2 tsp oil
6. Add the left over Besan mixture to fried tindora's and simmer for a minute.

Serve hot with rice.
