Senagapindi Kura-Onion curry with Besan Popular

1 big onion chopped
1/2 tbsp besan
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp urad dal
2 red chillies (cut into half)
A pinch of hing
1 tsp garam masala
A pinch of turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Curry leaves
Few coriander leaves, chopped
2 tsp of oil
1. Heat oil in a pan and add urad dal, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, red chillies and hing. When seeds splatter, add chopped onion, salt and turmeric to it and fry until soft on slow medium flame.

2. Then add little water to it and cover it for few minutes until onion cooks, add garam masala and mix well and cover it. Let it cook for 2 mins.

3. Take besan in small bowl add a little water to it, mix well without any lumps then add besan water to the curry and mix well. Let it cook for another 2 mins, add curry leaves and coriander leaves.

Serve hot wih puri or chapathi.
