Ridge gourd With Milk And Coconut Popular

1/2 kg Ridge gourds
1 cup grated fresh coconut powder
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Salt, turmeric, red chillie powder
4 red chillies
Few curry leaves and coriander leaves
1. Peel ridge gourds and cut into small pieces.
2. Heat oil in pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chillies and curry leaves, ridge gourd pieces, salt, turmeric, red chillie powder, stir well and add few water and cook.
3. Add coconut powder when it's half cooked and cook until excess water has gone and then add milk. Add coriander leaves and remove from heat.
Serve with rice or roti.
