Raw Banana Vada Popular

4 bananas
2 tbsp all purpose flour
1/2 cup chana dal
4 green chillies
1 tsp coriander seeds
Salt and turmeric as required
Few curry leaves
2 garlic flakes
Few coriander leaves and mint leaves.
1 cup oil
1. Cook bananas and peel and mash them and keep aside.
2. Soak chanadal for 1 hour. Half grind them(not paste).
3. Grind coriander seeds to fine powder then add garlic paste and grind.
4. Chop green chillies, coriander leaves, mint and curry leaves finely.
5. Add every thing except oil to chana dal and mix well.
6. Heat oil in pan , shape the dough in the form of cutlets and deep fry them till golden brown.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup or any chutney.

Note: you can serve with sambar like chips. It tastes good.
