Radish Curry Popular

2 medium sized Radish
1 Onion chopped
1 large tomato chopped
1/2 tspn Ginger Garlic paste
Few curry Leaves
1/2 tsp Mustard
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp Urad dal
Salt according to taste
1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp dhaniya Powder
1. Cut the radish in round thin circles.

2. Heat oil in the pan and put the mustard, cumin seeds and urad dal together and add the curry leaves and ginger garlic paste, then add the onions and let them soften.

3. Add tomatoes and let them soften and now add the radish and do not use any water and fry the radish.

4. Put the salt immediately after putting the radish, add the chilli powder accordingly, and fry it for another five to ten minutes, and add dhaniya powder few minutes before removing from heat.

5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

interesting recipe. Was the urad dal meant to be presoaked and boiled. I put it in straight out of the packet... crunchy...
