Potato-Methi Leaves Curry Popular

Ingredients:
1/2 kg potatoes
1 small bunch methi leaves
2 onions
8 garlic flakes, chopped finely
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Salt, turmeric and chilli powder as required
Oil
Instructions:
1. Peel potatoes and cut into pieces.

2. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds, when they start splutter add onions and garlic, fry them till light brown and add potato pieces, methi leaves, salt, turmeric and chilli powder and cook on low flame until all water is gone. Stir occasionally.

Serve with rice or roti.
