2 Big Plantain (Hard Cooking Bananna)
3-4 Small Greenchillies
1 Onion sliced
1 tsp Urad dal
1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
1tsp Chana dal
Salt to taste
Pinch Turmeric
Curry leaves
1. Pressure cook Plantain (aratikaya) , peel the skin, mash it and keep it aside

2. Heat oil , fry urad dal, chana dal, mustard seeds, until golden brown, add sliced chilli , curry leaves, onions, fry until onions turn golden brown , add salt, turmeric and mashed Plantain.

3. Stir well and simmer for 3- 5 minutes.

Serve hot with Rice and ghee.
