1/2 pound Okra
1 large Onion
2 Garlic Cloves
0.25 cup yogurt
1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
3 medium Green Chilis
1/2 tsp Turmeric
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1. Crush garlic cloves, slice the green chilis length-wise and finely chop onion.

2. Chop okra into half inch pieces. Heat oil in a non-stick skillet, add finely chopped onion and fry until light brown. Then add garlic and fry for a minute.

3. Now add chopped okra and sliced green chili. Fry on high heat for 10 minutes and then add salt and turmeric.

4. Lower heat to medium-low, add yoghurt and cook until yoghurt is absorbed. Then sprinkle red chili powder and remove from heat

Goes well with rice and paratha.
