Ingredients:
2 medium sized radish
4 green chillies
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp sugar
Salt and turmeric
4 dry red chillies
Small piece of fresh coconut piece
Few curry leaves
4 garlic flakes
Oil
Instructions:
1. Wash radish and grate them.
2. Soak moongdal in water for 1/2 hour.
3. After 1/2 hour add this moongdal to grated moongdal and also add salt and turmeric and put aside again for 1/2 hour.
4. Grind coconut piece and green chillies.
5. Heat oil in a pan and add all ingredients and then add radish and moongdal mixture(Squeeze water). Cook them on low flame.
6. Add the coconut and green chillies paste and fry for few more minutes.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
