2 cups Butter Milk
1 Onion, finely chopped
2 Chillies
2" Ginger
1 tsp Urad Dal
1 tsp Channa Dal
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp Jeera
1 tsp Methi seeds
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tbsp
A pinch of turmeric powder
A pinch of asafeotida (Hing)
1 tbsp Coriander leaves
1 tbsp Curry Leaves
1. Add the finely chopped onions, chillies, ginger, salt, coriander leaves, turmeric powder to the buttermilk and mix well.

2. Heat the oil in a pan. Add the urad dal, channa dal, mustard seeds, asafetida powder, jeera, methi seeds and curry leaves. Once the seasoning is well fried, add it to the buttermilk.

Serve with rice.
