Carrot Fry Popular

Ingredients:
4 Carrots
2 Onions
2 green chillies
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp urad dal
1/2 tsp chanadal
2 tbsp oil
Salt -as required
Pinch turmeric
1 tsp Chilli powder
3 tbsp fresh coconut powder
Few curry leaves
Instructions:
1. Peel the carrots and cut them into small pieces.
2. Chop the onions into small pieces. Cut the green chillies.
3. Heat oil in a pan, When it heats add urad dal, chanadal, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves.
4. When it splutter add turmeric, onions and green chillies and fry them for 5 min.
5. Later add carrot pieces and let them fry. Add salt, chilli powder and coconut powder and fry for few more minutes.
