Bottle Gourd Fry Popular

1 small Bottle gourd
1 tsp Urad dal
1tsp Chana dal
1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
1/4tsp Cumin seeds
3-4 Red chillies
1/4th cup milk
Pinch Turmeric
Few Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
1. Take the bottle gourd, peel it and cut into pieces.
2. Heat oil , fry urad dal, chana dal, mustard seeds until golden brown, add red chillies, turmeric, curry leaves and fry for 10 sec.
3. Add bottle gourd pieces, salt and milk and cook until bottle goud gets tender. Add extra water or milk if required.
4.Add little sugar to the curry and simmer until water evaporates .
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve with rice or roti.
