Bitter Gourd curry Popular

1/2 kg bitter gourds
2 onions
4 garlic flakes
Small ginger piece
6 dry red chillies
1/2 cup chana dal
1 cup sour butter milk
Salt and turmeric as required
1 cup oil
1. Soak chanadal in water for 1 hour and grind it.

2. Grind onions, red chillies, ginger, garlic, salt and turmeric.

3. Take butter milk and add salt and turmeric.

4. Peel the bitter gourds lightly and make 4 slits vertically for each bitter gourd and put them in buttermilk and soak them for 1/2 hour and wash them under water and fill the onions paste and chandal paste in the bitter gourds.

5. Heat oil in a pan and add the bitter gourds and fry them.
