Bitter Gourd Fry Popular

Ingredients:
2 Bitter Gourd (cut into small pieces, remove seeds)
1 Big onion chopped
1/2 tsp Chillie powder (can be increased or reduced)
Oil
Salt
Instructions:
1. Heat oil , add bitter gourd pieces, add salt and fry until bitter gourd gets soft and tender.

2. Add chopped onion and fry for 3-5 minutes.

3. Add chillie powder and pinch salt, simmer for a minute

Eat with rice
