Sweet Mango Pickle Popular

15 mangoes
2 tbsp fenugreek seeds
500 gms jaggery
250 gms mustard powder
150 gms salt
2 tsp turmeric powder
150 gms red chilli powder
20 garlic flakes
1. Wash the mangoes, dry with kitchen towel and cut into required pieces.
2. Grate jaggery.
3. Add jaggery, salt, turmeric powder to the mango pieces and mix well and put in a clear jar for 3-4 days.
4. On 3rd day take the mangoes, squeeze them into a bowl and keep in the sun for 1 day. In the same way cover the squeezed liquid jar with a cloth and keep in sun until the jaggery melts.
5. After 1 day put the dried mango pieces in the jar, add 1/2 garlic flakes, 2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp fenugreek seeds, oil and mustard powder and mix well.
6. Fry fenugreek seeds and grind them and garlic flakes.
7. Mix them wih mango pieces. Miw the whole mixture well.
