4 sour dried mangoes
6 tbsp red chili powder
2 tbsp mustard powder
1/4 cup Salt
1 tbsp turmeric Powder
1 cup sesame seeds oil
2 tbsp fenugreek seeds
8 garlic flakes
1. Soak the mangoes in water for 1 hour. Wash and dry them with kitchen cloth and cut into required pieces.
2. Take the pieces into bowl and add half the garlic flakes and half fenugreek seeds and pour half oil , mix well and put aside.
3. Grind remaining fenugreek seeds and garlic flakes.
4. Add salt, mustard powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and grinded powder to the mango pieces.
5. Transfer to a clean jar and press down lightly.
6. After 3 days add some oil, mix well.
7. Allow to marinate for 6-7days before using.

Serve with rice.
