Cauliflower Pickle Popular

2 lbs fresh cauliflower, cut into small florets
3 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp garam masala
A pinch turmeric powder
2 tbsp salt
6-8 cloves garlic cloves
2 tsp mustard seeds
About 10 seeds methi seeds
3/4 cup lime juice
6-8 tbsp vegetable oil
1. Wash florets nicely and dry for 4-5 hours.

2. Take florets in a mixing bowl, add the vegetable oil and then turmeric powder, chilli powder, methi and mustard powder, salt, garam masala, garlic paste and pour 3/4 cup of lime juice into it.

3. Mix nicely with a spatula and keep it outside for 24 hours.

4. Make sure the salt, lime juice to your taste and if you need more, add little salt and etc. Mix well.

5. Store in refrigerator for freshness.

Note: You can also grate some carrot into it.

Serve with Rice and Chappathi.
