Ingredients:
1 cup toordal
8 red chillies
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
salt
1 cup fresh grated coconut powder
3 tsp oil
small amount of tamarind paste
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Add cumin, red chillies, toordal and fry for 5 minutes until golden brown.
3. Grind above fried mixture, salt, tamarind, coconut and little bit of water.
Optional:(Seasoning)
4. Heat oil in a pan and add uraddal. mustard seeds, cumin, and curry leaves, then add it to the above mixture.
Serve with hot rice.
