Snake Gourd Chutney Popular

1 Snake gourd diced into small pieces
1 Cup yogurt
3 Spoon oil
1/2 tsp Urad dal
1/8tsp cumin seeds
1/8 tsp mustard seeds
2-3 Dry red chillies
pinch Asafoetida

1. Fry diced snake gourd in 3 spoons oil until they become soft.
2. Add some water and salt to the yogurt, along with the fried snake gourd.
3. Heat 1 spoon oil and add urad dal, cumin seeds, mustard seeds and chillies.
4. When the cumin seed splat add asafoetida and remove from heat and add it to the yogurt mixture prepared above.

Serve with Rice.
