Ridgegourd chutney Popular

1/2 kg(1 lb) Ridgegourd
1/2 tsp cumin
4 tsp oil
5 green chillies
3 flakes garlic
coriander leaves
1. Cut ridgegourd into small pieces .
2. Heat oil in a pan, add ridge gourd pieces, green chilles, cumin and fry in low flame for 30 minutes.
3. Grind tamarind, salt, and above mixture. Don't add water.
4. Add coriander leaves to it and mix well.
Serve with rice or chapathi.
