1 Cup Peanuts
4 Green Chillies
1 tbs Oil
1-2 Dry Red Chillies
1/2 tsp urad dal
1/8 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/8 tsp Mustard Seeds
4 Curry Leaves
2 cloves garlic
1/8 tsp Tamarind Paste
coriander leaves, to garnish

1. Roast peanuts for 5 minutes (make sure they are not burnt)
2. Heat little amount of oil and fry green chillies for few seconds.
3. Grind peanuts, fried green chillies , garlic, salt , Tamarind by adding water .
4. Heat 1 spoon oil add urad dal, cumin seeds , mustard seeds and red chillies . When the cumin seeds splat add curry leaves , remove from heat and add to the chutney prepared.
5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve with idly or dosa.
