Ingredients:
100 g Mint leaves
2 tbsp Grated Coconut
4 no. Dry Red Chillies
a small piece Tamarind
5 Small Onions
1 tbsp White Gram
(1/2 in) fresh root ginger
Salt to taste
1 tbs Oil
2 cloves Garlic
Instructions:
1. Heat a pan and pour the oil and the white gram, fry gently.
2. Add all the above mentioned ingredients to the pan and heat it in a low flame for 5 minutes stirring continuously.
3. Keep it away from the fire and when it cool grind it into a fine paste. This chutney can be had with any heavy lunch or dinner.
