2 mangos, grated
10 red chillies
1 tsp cumin
5 tsp oil
Curry leaves
1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
Pinch asafoetida
1 tsp mustard seeds

1. Peel and grate mangos.
2. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and fry redchilliies, cumin and fenugreek seeds.
3. Grind above fried seeds first and then add grated mango, salt and grind well.
4. Heat remaining oil and add mustard seeds, fenufreek seeds, curry leaves, later add above grinded mixture, mix well and keep heating on low flame for few minutes. (if you like asafoetida You can add it).
Serve with rice.
