Egg plant And Cucumber chutney Popular

1/2 kg eggpant
10 green chillies
1/2 kg cucumber
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 bunch coriander leaves
4 flakes garlic
1. Bake eggplant in oven at 200C (400F/Gas 6) for 30-40 minutes until eggplant gets soft.
2. Cut the cucumber into small pieces.
3. Grind garlic, green chillies, cumin, salt, tamarind, baked eggplant.
4. Add cucumber pieces and coriander leaves.
5. Heat oil in a pan and add urad dal, mustard seeds, cumin, and curry leaves, then add it to the above mixture.

Serve with rice or chapathi.
