For Bhaji:-

potatoes - 4 medium sized
tomatoes- 4 medium sized
cauliflower - 10-12 flowerets
green peas - 1/2 cup boiled
onions - 2 large sized
2-3 green chillies chopped
salt - to taste
red chilli powder- 1 tbsp
pav bhaji masala - 2 tbsp
butter - 1/2 cup melted
chopped coriander for garnish

1. Boil and peel potatoes and grate them.
2. Grate the cauliflower flowerets after boiling them in hot water for 10-15 mins.
3. Puree the tomatoes along with onions and green chillies in a blender.
4. Heat butter in a broad based pan/kadhai and add the tomato puree to it.
5. Cook the contents of the pan by occasionally stirring it for 10-12 mins till the colour turns to light brown.
6. Add the boiled potatoes,cauliflower and green peas to the pan and mix well.
7. Add red chilli powder and salt and cook the mixture for 10 mins.
8. Lastly add the pav bhaji masala and cook for another 10 mins.
9. Garnish with coriander, green chilli, onions and serve hot topped with butter alongwith toasted pavs.
