Murukku With Peanuts Popular

4 cups rice flour
1 cup peanuts
4 red chillies
Salt as required
1 tsp cumin seeds
Oil for frying
1. Roast peanuts, peel and grind.
2. Grind salt, red cillies and cumin seeds.
3. Add this powder and rice flour to grinded peanuts and make dough with enough water.
4. Use a murukku press and press out circles(use big holes plate).
5. Carefully invert murukku into hot oil.
6. Deep fry on low medium flame till golden.
7. Drain and cool. Store in a tightlidded container.
Fry a few murukkus at a time.
