Murukku With Moongdal Popular

Ingredients:
4 cups rice flour
1 cup moongdal
2 tsp oregano
4 tsp butter or ghee
Salt as required
1-2 tsp red chilli powder
4 tsp sesame seeds
Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Wash moongdal and cook.
2. When it gets cool add salt chilli powder, sesame seeds, butter or ghee, oregano and rice flour and mix well to make dough.
3. Use a murukku press and press out circles.
4. Carefully invert murukku into hot oil.
5. Deep fry on low medium flame till golden.
6. Drain and cool. Store in a tightlidded container.
