Dough Ingredients -
1/4 kg Wheat flour
1 Tbl spn Vegetable oil
Salt to taste
1 Tea spoon Red Chilly Powder

Gravy Ingredients -
2 bunches Fenugreek Leaves -finely chopped
100 gms Garlic Cloves
Mustard and Fenugreek seeds
vegetable Oil
Cumin Seeds
Salt to taste
1 Tea spoon Red Chilly powder
1. Mix wheat floor, veg oil, red chilly powder, salt and water, make a dough.
2. Make small balls and press them in the palm to make them a coin shaped. (approx. 1 Rs coin size)
3.Boil the wheat coins in water for 10 mins and drain the water and keep it aside.
4. Now take a pan, add veg oil, mustard and cumin seeds wait till the seeds split.
5. Add garlic cloves, fry till it turns light brown and then add chopped fenugreek leaves, salt, turmeric and red chilli powder. Fry for few minutes till the raw smell goes off.
6. Add the boiled wheat coins and mix it well and fry for few seconds and serve hot.
