Chakkali With Urad Dal Popular

1 cup urad dal
4 cups rice flour
1 tsp cumin seeds
4 tsp butter
4 tsp sesame seeds
Salt as required
2 tsp red chilli powder
Oil for deep frying
1. Roast urad dal on low or medium flame. Make them cool and grind to powder
2. Add all ingredients with urad dal powder in a bowl and make smooth dough with enough water (like chapathi dough).
3. With the help of chakkali press, press the dough into the hot oil and fry till golden brown.
4. Drain on paper towel. Store in an airtight container when cool.
