jaggery (Bellam) : 1/4 kg
dry coconut (grated): 2 cups
maida : 1cup
atta (Wheat flour) : 1cup
elachi powder : 1 spoon
mix the wheat flour and maida to prepare small chapatis.

crush the jaggery and mix it with coconut powder. add elachi powder and mix well

now keep the small portions of mixture on every chapathi and fold the chapathi so that the stuffing doesn't come out and cut it into kajjikaya shape.

Now take the pan and add oil for deep fry. Once the oil is heat, add this kajjikaya into oil and deep fry until golden brown.

Now be ready to have the crispy and tasty kajjikayalu
