pomfret - 2 pcs
small onion -10-15 nos
ginger garlic paste - 1tbl spoon
greenchilli -4
curry leaves - 1 strip
chilly pwdr -1 tbl spoon
turmeric pwdr - 1/2 tespoon
coconut milk thick -1/2 cup
coconut milk second -1 cup
fenugreek pwdr - apinch
salt -as reqd
oil -1/4 cup
Wash the pomfret properly u can take the whole fish or cut it in to 2 pcs line the fish both side marinate with little turmeric,chilli pwdr and salt keep 10min then fry it.heat the remaining oil in to a vessel add small onions,green chillies,ginger garlicpaste saute it well,then add the remaining chillipwdr and turmeric pwdr saut it again then add the second milk when it boil add the pomfret and salt when the gravy comes to thick add the thick coconut milk , curry leaves and fenugreek pwdr then close the lid and swith off the gas.

serve with rice, aappam..........
this is a south indian curry
