Prawns cutlet Popular

Ingredients:
1/2 kg prawns
4 garlic flakes
Small ginger piece
3 onions
6 green chillies
4 cloves
4 cardamoms
4 small cinnamon sticks
1 bread packet
1 cup oil
Salt, chilli powder and turmeric as required
Instructions:
1. Wash prawns and add Salt, chilli powder, turmeric and ginger-garlic paste and cook for some time.

2. Chop green chillies and onions.

3. Grind cinnamon, cardamom and cloves to fine powder.

4. When prawns gets cooked, make them cool and grind them.

5. Heat oil in a pan and add green chillies, onions and little bit of salt and fry them until brown.

6. Add these onions and grinded masala powder to grinded prawns, mix well and make small balls.

7. Heat oil in a pan.

8. Take bread, dip in water and make a small ball and make them flatten and put the prawn balls in this and roll them.

9. Deep fry these balls and serve hot.

Note: you can use Bread crumbs instead of bread. Lightly coat the prawn balls with bread crumbs and deep fry till golden brown.
