1/2 kg prawns
3 onions
6 green chillies
4 garlic flakes
Small ginger piece
2 tsp coriander seeds
2 tsp poppy seeds
4 cloves
4 cardamoms
4 small cinnamon sticks
1 cup curd
Small coconut piece
Salt, chilli powder and turmeric as required
Few coriander and mint leaves
6 tsp oil
1. Wash prawns and add Salt, chilli powder and turmeric.

2. Grind ginger and garlic to fine paste.

3. Grind coriander seeds, poppy seeds and coconut piece to paste.

4. Grind cinnamon, cardamom and cloves to fine powder.

5. Chop green chillies and onions.

6. Heat oil in a pan and fry prawns and then add green chillies, onions, ginger-garlic paste, curd and water and cook it.

7. Add masala powder and coconut paste when prawns are cooked. Cook for few more minutes.

8. Garnish with coriander leaves and mint leaves, cook for some time and remove from heat.
