Ingredients:
4 pieces Cat fish or salmon Fish
1/2tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
1tbsp Corinander powder
1/2tsp Chilli powder
11/2tsp Salt
11/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1cup Oil
Instructions:
1. Marinate the fish pieces with all the above ingredients for 2 or 3 hours.
2. Heat the oil in kadai on medium heat & fry the fish on both sides in low flame to get soft.
Serve the fish with rice.
