Andhra Fish Curry Popular

Ingredients:
1/2 kg fish, clean and cut into pieces
salt to taste
1 1/2 tbsp tamarind paste
1 tbsp roasted coriander seeds
1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds
1/4 tsp roastedmustard seeds
6 roasted pepper corns
3 cloves
1/2 piece ginger
6 cloves garlic
1/2 cup grated coconut
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
2 onions, chopped
2 green chillies, chopped lengthwise
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tomato, chopped into pieces
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
2 tbsp oil
Instructions:
1. Add salt turmeric powder, red chilli powder and tamarind paste to the fish, mix well and keep aside.

2. Grind coconut, coriander leaves, coriander seeds, roasted mustard seeds, cumin seeds 2 cloves garlic, ginger, cloves, pepper corns to a smooth paste and mix with the fish.

3. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds when it crackles add remaining 2 garlic cloves, when it becomes brown add onion, tomato and green chillies.

4. Fry for 2 minutes and add fish and stir slowly. Add little water and cover. Cookon slow flame.

Serve with rice.
