Rice Salad

Ingredients:
1 cup Long Grain (Basmati) boiled Rice
1 Apple diced
1 small cup boiled green peas
Few Cauliflower florets boiled
Juice of 1 lemon
salad leaves to garnish
Cabbage (shredded) for garnishing
Coriander leaves, chopped
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Boil rice and cool it.

2. Add apples, green peas, Cauliflower florets, salt and pepper to the rice.

3. Now add lemon juice and toss well and transfer to serving dish lined with salad leaves.

Garnish with shredded cabbage and coriander leaves.
