Mung bean sprouted salad Popular

Ingredients:
1 cup sprouted mung beans
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 cucumber, finely diced
2 green chillies, finely chopped
Salt to taste
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp sugar
Coriander leaves, finely chopped for garnish
Instructions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.

2. Chill for 30 minutes.

Garnish with coriander leaves.
