1 Cup Rice
1/4 Cup Moong Dal
salt according to taste
1 tsp Black Pepper corns
3 dry red chillies
1 tbsp cumin seeds
Little bit hing
4 Cashew nuts
Few curry leaves
2 tbsp Ghee
6 Cups Water
1. Wash rice & dal, add 6 cups of water and cook until rice gets fully mashed.

2. Heat ghee in a pan and add all ingredients, fry and add them to cooked rice.

Serve with any chutney.
