11/2 cup - Rice
1/2 cup - Moong Dal
1 tbsp - Salt
2 tbsp - Ghee
Pinch of Turmeric powder
1.Take an empty pan fry Moong dal in a simmer until it turns into light golden colour.

2.Mix fried dal with rice add 3cups of water and other items mentioned above. Allow to cook in a pressure cooker for 3 whistles.

Ready to serve with peanut chutney and tamarind chutney.
