1/2kg Rice
1 mango(Mamidikaya)
Few Curry leaves
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
5-6 Green chillies
3-4 Red chillies
1/2 tsp urad dal
1/2 tsp Channa dal
1 tsp Peanuts
1/2 tsp Cashewnuts
Salt as per taste
Pinch of asfeotida
1. Cook the rice and keep aside.

2. Heat oil then add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, red chillies, urad dal, channa dal, peanuts, cashewnuts, asafoetida, green chillies, curry leaves, turmeric powder, mamidikai turumu(grated mango) and salt.

3. Cook for some time and then add it to the cooked rice and mix well.

4. Garnish with few coriander leaves(OPtional)

Serve hot either in the morning as breakfast or evening with tea.
