2 medium sized tomato
1 onion, chop thinly
3 garlic cloves, chopped into small pieces
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
2 dry red chillies
1 tsp coriander powder
Tamarind, small lemon size
Few curry leaves and coriander leaves
salt and turmeric powder
Pinch asafoateda
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp cumin and pepper corns powder
1. Boil water and add tamarind and tomatoes.Boil for few minutes.
2. Mash the cooked tomato and squeeze and extract the juice from it and add coriander leaves, onion, salt and turmeric and boil for few minutes.
3. Heat oil, add red chillies, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, garlic cloves, asafoateda and curry leaves. Add this to boiling tomato water.
4. Add coriander powder, cumin and pepper corns powder, mix well, garnish with coriander leaves and remove from heat.

Serve hot with rice.
