Ingredients:
Few vegetable pieces(any type of vegetables)
1/4 litre sour buttermilk
2 tsp besan flour
Small piece of ginger
Small coconut piece
6 medium sized onions
3 Green chillies
salt and turmeric as required
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
2 dry red chillies
Pinch asafoetida
Few curry leaves and coriander leaves
Instructions:
1. Boil vegetable pieces, onions, green chillies, salt turmeric with water until they get tender.
2. Take buttermilk and add besan flour, mix well and pour this mixture in the boiling vegetables.
3. Grind ginger and coconut piece and add it to vegetables and cook them.
4. Heat oil and add fenugreek seeds, mustard, cumin seeds, dry red chillies, asafoetida and curry leaves. Add this to vegetables.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
