450 g pork, cubed
4 tbsp ghee
3 onions, thinly sliced
4 garlic cloves, chopped
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1 cinnamon stick
3 bay leaves
10 cloves
6 cardamom pods
1 1/4 cups yogurt
4 large tomatoes, skinned and chopped
1/2 tsp black pepper
1. Heat the ghee and fry the onions and garlic until soft.

2. Add the spices and fry until browned.

3. Add the meat and fry until browned.

4. Stir in the yogurt, tomatoes, pepper and salt and simmer for about 20 minutes until the meat is tender and the sauce is thick.

5. Serve hot with pilau rice and dal.
