1 kg peas
1/4 kg paneer
1/4 kg onions
1/4 kg tomatos
1 bunch coriander leaves
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp garam masala
2 tsp gingaer-garlic paste
Salt as required
1. Cut paneer into pieces.

2. Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger-garlic paste. Fry it then add onions and fry until they turn brown.

3. Add tomato pieces, turmeric and salt, stir well. Add 1/2 cup water.

4. When all the water gets evaporated add peasand then again add water and chilli powder. Close the lid and cook until peas are cooked well.

5. Add paneer pieces and cook again.

6. Later add garam masala and remove from heat.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rotis.
