1/2 kg fresh peas
3 tsp ghee
Pinch asafoetida
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1 cup water
1/4 tsp amchur powder
Salt as required
Few coriander leaves, chopped
1. Heat ghee in a pan. Add asafoetida, cumin, turmeric, red chilli powder and peas. Stir well.

2. Add water, close the lid and cook on simmer.

3. When peas are cooked good add salt and amchur powder, mix and add coriander leaves and remove from heat.
